With all said, the learned resource person, Albert, may have mentioned another important feature without emphasis. A lot have the voice but will never still be heard, many will be heard and destroy the chance to be Respected because a majority of one makes a voice fade in itself.
One may want to conclude that something as important as the Voice, the Value and Respect is the Platform. One thing more important than what is said is how and where it is said.
